Air quality is a vital part of living. Our body needs good clean oxygen to enable us to live a healthy life. Bad air quality can lead to illness's and can cause asthma and various other respiratory issues. Air quality in Australia isn't as bad as the air quality in other parts of the world. Bad air quality can be caused by natural disaster such as fires and floods. it can be caused by humans smoking and much more. And even our cars produce 80% of fossil fuel in the air today. Another major critical contributor to bad air quality is the ozone layer. Even though it helps us it can also hurt us. it does this when the nitrogen oxide reacts with organic chemicals. Still the cars produce more dangerous air quality.
There are three elements of the geographical process involved in the cycle of air pollution are; natural and manmade sources, movement/transformation in the air and removal from the air back to the ground.

Some natural Sources of air pollution
Lightning: A flash of lightning produces a puff of nitrogen gas (NOx) that reacts with sunlight and other gases to produce Ozone (O3)
Agriculture: Cows and other grazing animals such as horses produce many polluting gases and a lot of methane. They do this by farting and burbling. Experts say it’s around 100 -200 litres a day and others say 500 litres a day. But either way it is a lot of methane.
Fires: fires are the 2nd largest source of air pollution. The smoke from the wood produces emissions such as carbon monoxide, atmosphere mercury, ozone forming chemicals and volatile organic compounds. These emissions can travel far and affect human health.
Some manmade Sources:
Industry: the industry produces large amounts of bad gases such as carbon dioxide, sulphur and nitrogen. The gases contribute to air quality as it elevates the levels in the atmosphere, which causes environment and health issues.
Transportation: Transport like cars and buses is Australia top manmade source that affects air quality and is responsible for more than 70% of total annual
NOx emissions.
